You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for. Tell the bartender what you usually drink, what you’re in the mood for or how adventurous you’re feeling. They know the collection and can introduce you to a pour you might never have ordered by name.
Have it neat, add a wedge of lime and feel quietly pleased with yourself for knowing to ask.
