How to Play Wing Roulette

Wing Roulette begins with a batch of wings that look exactly the same. Hidden among them is one coated in a much hotter sauce. Nobody knows which one it is, and there’s only one reliable way to find out.

Put the wings in the middle. Take turns choosing. Watch everyone become increasingly suspicious of perfectly innocent-looking chicken.

Choose your level

Traditional Roulette adds a surprise burst of heat to the batch. Habanero Roulette takes the same game into much hotter territory.
Both are available as a $2.50 upgrade to your wing order.

The unofficial rules

First, everyone chooses their own wing. No swapping after contact has been made.

Second, smelling, poking and conducting a detailed visual inspection are all signs of fear.

Third, if you find the hot wing, try to keep a straight face. The rest of the table will be studying you closely.

Why put your friends through it? Because a regular wing order feeds the table. Wing Roulette gives the table a story to bring up every time the person who found the hot one orders wings again.

Choose Traditional or Habanero Roulette and let the wings decide. Book your table.

Winghaus practises the responsible service of alcohol. Drink responsibly.
