Discover something new with Plat du Mois, our monthly chef’s special celebrating the flavours, traditions and seasonal inspiration of French cuisine. Led by Precinct Executive Chef Mike Flood and Ananas Head Chef Christian Jones, each seasonal dish brings together their experience and passion, using the finest ingredients to offer something new each month.

Septembers Plat du Mois is Homard Thermidor, a Belle Époque French classic. Lobster is paired with a rich, mustard-led sauce of Cognac, Tarragon and cream, before being returned to the shell and gratinéed in the traditional style.
A dish rooted in the grand tradition of Parisian dining, Homard Thermidor is available for a limited time before a new creation takes its place next month.
