
Seasonal Tasting Menu
Rockpool Perth presents a seasonal tasting menu that highlights Western Australia’s native ingredients. Expect clean, focused flavours—thoughtfully prepared over the woodfire grill, balanced with bright native aromatics.
Each course is considered: La Delizia stracciatella with pickled and charred qukes, basil and sesame oil; your choice of Angus Pure fillet with café de Paris butter or charcoal-roasted market fish. Crisp, textural sides and a seasonal tart to finish keep the menu balanced and refined.
Optional wine pairings include Wines of the World or Iconic Regions of France, curated to complement each course.
