Is your steak Halal?
Our beef and tallow are halal friendly but please note that our kitchen is not halal certified. We do use and prepare non-halal products on the same surfaces and areas of the kitchen.
Our sauces are unfortunately not halal friendly; however, we are able to supply plain butter for steaks or serve them without sauce.
I am trying to call the restaurant and can't get through, what do I do?
Our reservations team is available every day from 9am-9pm. There may be a short wait during peak periods. Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected].
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, we hugely appreciate your cooperation to ensure tables are available for those that would like them.

Which gift cards do you accept and do you sell gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase physical gift cards in venues or digital gift cards are available online here.
Credit Card and Weekend / Public Holiday Surcharges
Credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.8 %. Debit card (Visa & Mastercard) transactions incur a processing fee of 1.4% and EFTPOS, 1.15%. International cards incur a processing fee of 3.5%. External payment Apps incur additional fees. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, 15% on public holidays.
