I am trying to call the restaurant and can’t get through, what do I do?

Our reservations team are available 9am-9pm every day and will answer your call as soon as possible within these hours. There may be a short wait during peak periods. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at [email protected].

I want to organise a special event, how do I start?

Please email [email protected] and provide as much information as possible about your event.

Which gift cards do you accept and do you sell gift cards?

Yes, you are able to purchase physical gift cards in venues or digital gift cards are available online here.

Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

We can cater for most dietary requirements with appropriate prior notice. Please make note of your special dietary requirements when you make your reservations and let your server know once you have been seated.

Do you have a children’s menu?

Yes, we do! Our children’s menu is available in venue, please ask when you arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

For large groups, we request a credit card to be kept on file to help prevent last-minute cancellation of the booking or no-show. In case you need to, you can adjust the count of guests any time before you arrive at the venue without any penalties. If you cancel the booking with less than 24 hours’ notice or if no one from your party attends, there’s a $25 per person fee.

Credit Card and Weekend / Public Holiday Surcharges

Credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.8%. Debit card (Visa & Mastercard) transactions incur a processing fee of 1.4% and EFTPOS, 1.15%. International cards incur a processing fee of 3.5%. External payment Apps incur additional fees. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, 15% on public holidays.
