I am trying to call the restaurant and can’t get through, what do I do?

Our reservations team are available 9am-9pm every day and will answer your call as soon as possible within these hours. There may be a short wait during peak periods. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at reservations@hunter-street.com.au.

I want to organise a special event, how do I start?

Please email events@hunter-street.com.au and provide as much information as possible about your event.

Which gift cards do you accept and do you sell gift cards?

Yes, you are able to purchase physical gift cards in venues or digital gift cards are available online here.

Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

We can cater for most dietary requirements with appropriate prior notice. Please make note of your special dietary requirements when you make your reservations, and let your server know once you have been seated.
For venue specific questions please reach out to us at reservations@hunter-street.com.au with the requirements and we will be able to advise what is possible for your guests

How can I organise an event or reservation for a large group?

You can book online for groups of up to 30 guests, for general reservations larger than this please contact us at reservations@hunter-street.com.au.

Credit Card and Weekend / Public Holiday Surcharges

Credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.8%. Debit card (Visa & Mastercard) transactions incur a processing fee of 1.4% and EFTPOS, 1.15%. International cards incur a processing fee of 3.5%. External payment Apps incur additional fees. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, 15% on public holidays.
