Munich Lager

Crisp, refreshing and made for the bier hall. Munich Lager is the easy-going classic of the taps, with a clean finish that sits happily beside a warm pretzel, schnitzel or pork knuckle.

Kaiserdom Pilsner

Pale, lively and sharper around the edges, Kaiserdom Pilsner brings a more pronounced hop bitterness. Order this one when you want your bier light in colour, crisp on the palate and properly refreshing.

Munich Dunkel

Dunkel means “dark” in German, but this Bavarian lager is smooth rather than heavy. Roasted malt gives it a deeper colour and a gentle caramel character, making it a particularly good match for pork, sausages and anything with plenty of crackling.

Weissbier

Cloudy by design and lively with bubbles, weissbier is the traditional German wheat beer. Its naturally fruity character makes it easy to spot in the line-up — as does the tall glass it’s traditionally poured into. Keep an eye on the taps for seasonal weissbier selections.

A Matter of Litres

Once you’ve chosen your style, there’s still the size to consider. Keep it classic with a half-litre, get both hands around a full-litre stein or order a two-litre tower for the table.
