Ananas’ Croque Trempette brings together two French favourites in one dish. Inspired by the traditional Croque Monsieur, golden toasted ham and cheese is served alongside a rich French onion soup, made for dipping.

 

Crisp at the edges, warm through the centre and deeply savoury, each bite picks up the sweetness of slow-cooked onion and the richness of the broth. Simple, comforting and distinctly French, Croque Trempette is available every day for lunch at Ananas.
