Meet the Ross Hill Wines Collection

At an Italian table, opening a bottle of wine is as much a part of the meal as ordering the food. It’s poured early, shared generously and chosen with whatever everyone feels like eating.

That’s the idea behind Fratelli Fresh’s partnership with Ross Hill Wines. Based in Orange NSW, the cool-climate winery shares our commitment to quality, sustainability and produce with a strong sense of place.

Together, we’ve created five wines made for the Fratelli table.

Pinot Grigio

Fresh and textured, with pear, passionfruit and a clean, crisp finish. It’s an easy place to begin, especially with antipasti, seafood or a sunny afternoon ahead.

Sauvignon Blanc

Herbal and tropical fruit notes give this white plenty of vibrancy, balanced by a crisp palate. Try it with lighter pasta dishes, salads or anything with plenty of fresh herbs.

Cabernet Franc Rosé

Blush pink, fresh and food-friendly, with strawberry and savoury cherry flavours. The kind of rosé that works particularly well when everyone has ordered something different.

Pinot Nero 

Medium-bodied and smooth, with red fruit, subtle spice and savoury notes. Pour it alongside pizza, tomato-based pasta or anything with mushrooms.

Shiraz

A bright, full-bodied expression of cool-climate Shiraz, with red fruit, violet, liquorice and spice. Enough freshness for the next sip and enough depth for our Lamb Ragu.

Each bottle brings something different, but they were all created with the same idea in mind: wine should work with the food, the occasion and whoever has pulled up a chair.
